In NerdWallet’s annual Best-Of Awards program, which highlights the top financial companies and products nationwide, the personal finance website has named New American Funding as a 2019 two-time winner. This is the fourth year NerdWallet has researched dozens of financial products across multiple verticals in order to help consumers make confident financial decisions. While it’s a thrill to win one of the top awards in the category of Best Mortgage Lender for Purchase Loans as well as Best Mortgage Lender for FHA Loans, we will continue to be forward-thinking and customer-focused.”

Due to its excellent customer service, New American Funding has received more than 50,800 positive reviews through SocialSurvey, more than 6,000 5-star Zillow reviews, and it has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

The upside to that problem is that we get days like today where Treasury yields rebound without significantly damaging mortgage rates. In fact, many lenders are offering the same rates seen on Friday. Loan Originator Perspective Bond markets...(read more)
